24-Hour Roadside Assistance

Complimentary roadside assistance is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. Customers may simply dial (800) 241-3673. Services provided by the Ford Auto Club include:
  • Towing assistance up to $100 for warranty and non-warranty problems, including accidents (excludes impound and repossession)
  • Flat-tire changes on-site
  • Fuel delivery if the vehicle runs out of fuel - up to two gallons at no charge
  • Jump-starts for dead batteries
  • Lockout assistance; up to $50 to unlock vehicle doors
  • Service throughout the 50 United States and Canada

Travel Expense Reimbursement

Certified Pre-Owned customers are entitled to an emergency travel expense reimbursement up to $500 for lodging (up to three days), meals and a rental vehicle for any travel expenses incurred should a breakdown occur more than 100 miles from your home.

Destination Expense Assistance

For your convenience, our destination assistance covers any taxi, shuttle or rental car expense up to $75 for needed emergency transportation to your immediate destination.

Rental Car Reimbursement

If your vehicle is inoperative and must be kept overnight for a covered repair (including any recall or Owner Notification program involving a Certified Pre-Owned covered component), you will be reimbursed up to $35 per day for up to five days.*

Warranty Identification Card

Following the vehicle delivery of your Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln, a warranty ID card is issued to you via mail. This ID card provides you with your proof of warranty coverage.

Complimentary oil change

Included with our Premier Certified Pre-Owned Program is a complimentary certificate for your first Motorcraft oil and filter change.

Complimentary maintenance booklet

To assist you with maintenance records for your Certified Pre-Owned Lincoln, you will receive a complimentary maintenance booklet.

New Vehicle Warranty

The New Vehicle Limited Warranty coverage is provided by Ford Motor Company or Ford Motor Vehicle Assurance Company, a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. The coverage includes bumper-to-bumper coverage, safety restraint coverage and corrosion coverage. Federal law also requires that Ford Motor Company provide emissions warranties.

Bumper-to-Bumper Coverage:

Your Bumper-to Bumper Coverage lasts for 4 years unless you drive more than 50,000 miles before 4 years elapse. In that case, your coverage ends at 50,000 miles.

Powertrain Warranty

Your vehicle's Powertrain components are covered for 6 years or 70,000 miles, whichever occurs first. The extended coverage applies to the Engine, Transmission, Front Wheel Drive and Rear-Wheel Drive. For specific component coverage within Powertrain, please refer to the Warranty Guide.

Safety Restraint System:

Your vehicle's safety belts and airbag Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) are covered for an extended Safety Restraint Coverage Period, which lasts for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Corrosion (Perforation Only):

Your vehicle's body sheet metal panels are covered for an extended Corrosion Coverage Period, which lasts for 5 years, regardless of miles driven. The extended warranty coverage only applies if a body sheet metal panel becomes perforated due to corrosion during normal use due to a manufacturing defect in factory-supplied materials or factory workmanship.

During these coverage periods Ford Motor Company Dealers will repair, replace or adjust all parts on your vehicle that are defective in factory-supplied materials or workmanship.
